Belk Taps Accenture for Data

Awarded contract for multichannel customer experience.

Family-owned and -operated department store Belk signed research company Accenture for its blossoming Omnichannel Transformation Initiative—a project targeting customers across all shopping channels (in-store, online and mobile).
